这本书一共一百二十页，其中一半是附录几篇同系列每一本都有的文章，只有一半的正文包含了三篇中短篇小说。这么可以独立成为一本书卖，也有点太不厚道了。

故事分别是《衣柜》讲的是一对夫妻爱上了自己家买的二手衣柜，确切地说爱上了待在衣柜里面的感觉；《房号》是酒店的客房打扫人员从自己每天打扫的房间里窥探出来住客的样子，最后自己下班后摇身一变换了一个人一样；《神降》里的程序员编程创世界。三个故事都感觉蛮一般的，没有之前读托卡尔丘克那样给我惊喜。
